Published labour rates help clients understand the starting cost of an owner-led service or crew. Every project still receives a written estimate based on the confirmed scope, access, materials, travel, preparation, and site conditions.
Standard Labour Guide
The written estimate identifies the crew size suited to the approved scope. Larger projects will normally use a fixed project price.
One-person service
Suitable for smaller repairs, painting, maintenance, preparation, and approved service work that can be completed safely by one person.
Two-person crew
Suitable when the scope, schedule, lifting requirements, preparation, or installation work benefits from a second crew member.
Three-person crew
Suitable for larger approved scopes where coordinated preparation, installation, cleanup, or project timing requires a three-person crew.
Used for approved small jobs, troubleshooting, uncertain site conditions, and additional work. The estimate identifies the applicable crew rate.
Covers up to four billable labour hours for the selected crew. Work beyond four hours requires written approval or moves to the applicable full-day or project price.
Covers up to eight billable labour hours for the selected crew. It is not a promise that every project will require or fit within one day.
Most larger painting, drywall, flooring, trim, and multi-step projects receive one written price based on the approved scope instead of an open-ended hourly charge.
Service Pricing
Each service is reviewed according to the real work required—not a misleading one-price-fits-all number.
Interior or exterior roll-and-brush application priced from the approved labour structure and confirmed scope.
Spray application is priced separately because masking, containment, equipment, ventilation, setup, and overspray control can materially change the work.
Preparation is separated from paint application so repairs and protection are priced according to the actual condition of the project.
Repairs ranging from small holes and cracks to larger damaged wall areas.
Removal, fitting, installation, preparation, and finishing of standard trim.
Installation labour for approved vinyl-plank and laminate flooring systems.
Interior, exterior, or combined window-cleaning service by written scope.
Routine mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, planting assistance, and mulch-related labour.
Leaf, yard, and seasonal cleanup priced according to crew time, property conditions, hauling, and disposal requirements.
Snow clearing for approved walkways, entrances, and residential areas.
Projects requiring licensed, regulated, specialist, or outside trade work are reviewed before RomeAroundServices represents any scope, price, or provider.
Labour for gathering, moving, loading, and disposing of approved debris.
RomeAroundServices Standard
The final job price is provided in writing before work begins. A published labour rate does not replace the project estimate.
Reduced-rate spaces may be considered for customers experiencing genuine financial need. Requests are reviewed individually, availability is limited, approval is not automatic, and no approved Community Rate may be set below RomeAroundServices' internal profitability floor.
During the startup phase, clients will usually purchase approved materials directly. Any different arrangement will be written in the estimate.
Travel time, parking, stairs, restricted access, carrying distance, and extended service distance may affect the final price.
Disposal fees, rentals, specialty tools, and unusual equipment are included only when written into the estimate.
Additional work or changes outside the approved scope are priced and approved before they are completed.
Applicable taxes are added only when legally required and will be clearly shown in the written estimate or invoice.
A requested date is not confirmed and does not create a final price until RomeAroundServices reviews the project.
Published labour rates may be reviewed as business costs, service requirements, insurance, equipment, or market conditions change.
