One small-job labour rate keeps limited service work predictable. Larger work receives a written fixed price based on the confirmed scope, access, materials, travel, preparation, and site conditions—not the number of people assigned.
Individual Project Pricing
Doors, baseboards, drywall, painting, flooring, lawn care and other suitable work can be priced as individual projects. These are pre-tax labour guides; materials and final site conditions are confirmed in the written estimate. Published recurring lawn-care and snow-clearing visits use their own per-visit ranges instead of the hourly small-job minimum. Simple owner-led adjustments and minor repairs use the small-job hourly rate above; defined drywall patches use the separate fixed-price ranges below.

For work needing materials, you may buy and supply them yourself. Or agree in writing to provide the material money first, then RAS will buy and collect them after the funds are confirmed available. RAS does not buy project materials out of pocket and add an unapproved charge later. Your written estimate and payment plan show the agreed material amount and how any advance is credited.
Standard Labour Guide
Suitable small jobs are billed at one public labour rate. RomeAroundServices plans the crew internally; larger or multi-person work receives a written fixed project price.
One clear labour rate
For approved repairs, maintenance, preparation, troubleshooting, and grouped task lists that are suitable for hourly service.
The $130 minimum includes up to the first two billable labour hours for an approved small job. Published recurring lawn-care and snow-clearing visits use their own per-visit prices instead. The written estimate confirms which pricing method applies.
Time beyond the two-hour minimum is billed at the same $65 hourly rate in 30-minute increments, and only after the customer approves the additional time.
Larger painting, drywall, flooring, trim, outdoor, and multi-step projects receive one written price based on the approved scope instead of an open-ended hourly charge.
The public small-job rate is not multiplied by crew size. RomeAroundServices chooses the staffing needed for safe, efficient work. Larger or multi-person work is covered by the written project price.
Service Pricing
Each service is reviewed according to the real work required—not a misleading one-price-fits-all number.
Interior or exterior roll-and-brush application priced from the approved labour structure and confirmed scope.
Spray application is priced separately because masking, containment, equipment, ventilation, setup, and overspray control can materially change the work.
Preparation is separated from paint application so repairs and protection are priced according to the actual condition of the project.
Repairs ranging from small holes and cracks to larger damaged wall areas.
Removal, fitting, installation, preparation, and finishing of standard trim.
Installation labour for approved vinyl-plank and laminate flooring systems.
Routine mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, planting assistance, and mulch-related labour.

RomeAroundServices Standard
The final job price is provided in writing before work begins. A published labour rate does not replace the project estimate.
Reduced-rate spaces may be considered for customers experiencing genuine financial need. Requests are reviewed individually, availability is limited, and approval is not automatic.
The written estimate explains which materials the client purchases directly and which, if any, RomeAroundServices provides.
Travel time, parking, stairs, restricted access, carrying distance, and extended service distance may affect the final price.
Disposal fees, rentals, specialty tools, and unusual equipment are included only when written into the estimate.
Additional work or changes outside the approved scope are priced and approved before they are completed.
Applicable taxes are added only when legally required and will be clearly shown in the written estimate or invoice.
A requested date is not confirmed and does not create a final price until RomeAroundServices reviews the project.
Published labour rates may be reviewed as business costs, service requirements, insurance, equipment, or market conditions change.
