WHY I BUILT IT
More than completing jobs.
Building something dependable.
I started RomeAroundServices because I wanted customers to have one reliable place to turn for work around their homes and properties. But the idea was also inspired by service on the inside of the company: creating a working environment where people are treated fairly, respected for what they bring to the team and supported in doing their best work.
As RomeAroundServices grows, I want skilled people to be able to focus on what they do best in the field while the company handles customer communication, estimating, scheduling, documentation and the business side behind each project. The goal is steady opportunity, clear expectations, fair treatment and a team culture where people know they matter beyond the job getting finished. That people-first approach reflects the larger RomeCore philosophy: build strong businesses by taking care of people, creating opportunity, operating with accountability and using responsible growth to create positive impact beyond the company itself.
